Annual Employee Awards Dinner: Provided Sound Reinforcement, Data Projection, Seamless switching, Powerpoint, DVD sources, backround & stage lighting, staging and sound, video & powerpoint operators.
Internal Quarterly Management Meeting: Provided AV support for plenary session & executives breakout meetings. Including: Sound Reinforcement, Data Projection, Seamless switching multiple Powerpoint, DVCAM & DVD sources, multi-camera direction to DVCAM & MPEG-4 video recording, lighting for video & backround, pipe & drape and stage decks for main stage & technical area.
Insurance Industry Conference/IBM Meeting for 300 attendees. Provided AV support for plenary session & breakout meetings. Including: Data Projection, Sound Reinforcement & Recording, Data Projection.
Analyst Conference: provided AV setup and powerpoint operation.
Satellite Broadcast Uplink: Coordinated uplink, video production, audio, projection, graphics, lighting and AV for 5 downlink sites.
Internal Communications Meeting: Provided AV setup and powerpoint operation.
Kodak Supplier Conference: provided project management, video production, audio, projection, graphics, lighting and staging for 1200 attendees.
Xerox Internal Meeting/Broadcast: Coordinated uplink, video production, audio, projection, graphics, lighting and AV for 3 downlink sites.
Laureen@Association of University Research Parks The two staff members who were assigned to my function were outstanding and professional in every sense of the word. This event was held in the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill and, as you might imagine, presented numerous logistical "challenges". Your technicians, although thrown off schedule by the security holdup, never acted rattled or wavered in any way. Although their setup time was cut short, through no fault of their own, they were ready to go when our function started.
